The caravan is 37ft by 12ft 2 bedroom with large decking.
We fitted the best double glazing throughout the caravan in 2014 this is still under warranty 3yrs for glass and 10yrs for the frames.The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe with electric heater,dressing table and en-suite bathroom.
The bathroom has a shower with thermostatic mixer,bathroom cabinet,an oil radiator and a heater light, you can access the bathroom from the main bedroom or hall.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be put together to make a double bed,a fitted wardrobe and blackout blind.
The kitchen diner has a full sized cooker,fridge,6 month old microwave and a table with 4 x dining chairs and plenty of cupboard space.The living room has plenty of seating with a pull double bed,gas fire and TV corner with twin satellite cables and your own dish outside.There is a large decking outside facing south so plenty of sun.The park is very peaceful but has plenty to do including outdoor heated swimming pool (in Summer months),tennis court,bowling green, football pitch, a children's room and club house with meals at weekends within easy walking distance,you can park your car next to the caravan.We stayed in the caravan all winter except for February when site was closed.We had bird tables at the end of the caravan and were able to watch many birds including Goldcrests,Nuthatches,Gold Finches,Siskins,Blue,Great,Coal and Long Tailed Tits,Woodpeckers and Green finches.
