Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Business Relationship Manager for our well known client in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

My client are industry leaders with clients across the whole of the UK within the Legal sector

You will be based within the Legal Operations Department and will be working with all departments across the business.

Responsibilites include but not limited to:
- Act as the key point of contact for introducers and referrers
- Dealing with complaints 
- Preparing internal and external Account Management reports to stakeholders
- Be a part of new projects to onboard of introducers and referrers
- Liaise with third parties 
- Coordinate training with relevant departments on implementation across the business
