Our client is a currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing professional and are interested in meeting with Licensed Conveyancers, Property Solicitors, or Chartered Legal Executives. This position is through departmental growth and as such the firm need someone experienced who can hit the ground running.

The Role:

* Manage buying, selling, remortgages, transfer of equity, transfers, and other parts of the conveyancing process

* Manage the efficient transfer of monies between relevant parties.

* Maintain strong lines of communication with all relevant parties including, clients, financial parties, estate agents to ensure a smooth process
