One of the UK's leading Housebuilders is looking for a Finishing Manager to join their team.
Based in Wakefield this role requires experience in working as a No2 on a busy housing site.
This is a TEMP role until May approx. with the potential to go perm.
Duties include:
* Liaising with the contractor, head office, trades etc
* Coordinating the Sub-Contractors as appropriate
* Management of defects
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman
* Housing experience
* Worked as a No2 on site.
