We are looking for someone to join our Wakefield team as an Independent Living Adviser. The main purpose of the role will be providing advice and guidance to individuals with disabilities and health care needs who live independently. See section titled 'The Role' for further details.

Location: Wakefield (home based) - the successful candidate will spend a proportion of their time working on a rota/hot desking basis at community spaces, e.g. local libraries/social services departments, hosting promotional/drop in sessions. This is in addition to conducting home visits with our customers and attending team meetings and supervision sessions in a range of venues within the Wakefield district.

Salary: £9,559 per annum, increasing to £9,751 per annum following probationary.

Hours: 16 Hours per week.

Days & Times: Tuesday to Thursday. Working times open to negotiation between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
