Key Account Manager

The purpose of the role is to build and maintain the day to day relationship management of the Clients Key Accounts in harmony with the External Account Manager.  The focus will be to identify the needs and requirements of the customers whilst promoting the Clients solutions and products.

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers with the view to providing exceptional customer service whilst maximising sales opportunities 
Acquire a thorough understanding of key account customer needs and requirements 
Preparation of reports and forecasts to deliver detailed data to the Key Account Manager on which commercial decisions can be made
