Following a high profile acquisition, a legal firm in Wakefield with national reach is recruiting a Legal Cashier to join their dynamic finance team on a permanent basis. 

Coupled with a strong trading history, the firm has plans to strengthen their position in the market by improving customer service and developing systems regularly with the customer in mind. 

As a Legal Cashier you will report to the Finance Manager, duties include:-

Processing transactions in a high volume environment 
Processing client invoicing 
Authorizing bank payments within SRA rules
Bank reconciliation 
Liaising with fee earners, providing client account information where appropriate 
Produce reports for senior management daily, reviewing cashflow and identifying risk areas 
Investigating un-allocated payments and reconciling
