M&E Contracts Manager - Wakefield / Nationwide

My client is one of the leaders within the M&E industry, operating across the commercial, industrial, retail and leisure sectors in West Yorkshire & Nationwide. They currently require an M&E Contracts Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.

Role:

Managing M&E contracts throughout the UK, project values 30K to 350K.
Ensuring that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality/ industry
Tender event schedules, design management strategy, project planning and project management systems.
Planning work in a way which ensures that key milestones and completion dates are achieved.
Maintain client relationships.
Delivering design and build projects.
Financial management & predict cost to completion.
Manage other sub-contractors.
