Our main contractor client is looking to employ a Construction Planner to join their expanding team due to growth.

The company is well established with an excellent track record and reputation who are offering a generous package in a great working environment.

Using Project software, the successful applicant will be responsible for both pre and post contract planning for projects that include Commercial and Industrial Build projects ranging in value from £2M to £12M, however New Build Social Housing experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

You must be adaptable and be able to produce initial working draft programmes along with more detailed delivery programmes and be comfortable working in both a pre-tender and project planning role supporting the on-site Project Managers where required.

The role will be client facing on occasion for the purpose of tender presentations so experience of this in a previous role is essential.
