Stroma Building Control is a Construction Industry Council (CICAIR) Approved Inspector. With national coverage we offer a comprehensive service to support our clients in achieving compliance with the Building Regulations.

Our Role

We are looking for a qualified Principal Building Control Surveyor to join our existing team as a remote or office-based surveyor, working in and around the Leeds and Wakefield area. You will need to provide a customer focused building control plan checking and site inspection service to our commercial clients to help ensure projects meet the Building Regulations and associated guidance, whilst providing support to colleagues and the regional manager.

You will need

Membership of CABE, CIOB, RICS or equivalent
Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
