Job Purpose:

To strengthen leadership, direction and support to the existing production management and supervision team. Identify, facilitate and promote continuous improvement in safety, quality and production metrics within the Pontefract Production Operation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Effective support, participation and implementation of our Health, Safety, and Environmental (ZERO HARM) systems in support of the wellbeing of all our employees and stakeholders.

* Effective support, participation and implementation of our quality policies, procedures and accreditations (ZERO DEFECT) in support of our customers. Including improving customer touch points, audits and support of their requirements to ensure CHEP is a supplier of choice
