Our client is currently recruiting for a Surveyor to work 37 hours per week on a 12-month contract. The role will be to start ASAP and the vacancy offers a base salary of £45,000 - £65,000. The successful candidate must be a member of RICS. The role offers remote working, bonuses, and a car allowance.

The purpose of the job is to:

* Inspecting residential properties

* Conduct Homebuyer/Valuation/Building Surveys

The successful candidate must:

* be AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS

* have at least 1 year's residential experience

* Registered Valuer status is desirable.
