Our client is an established Tier 1 M&E contractor who is looking for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to consistent success and growth within the business. They deliver some of the UK's most prestigious commercial, healthcare and industrial projects ranging in value from £500K - £20M.

Attributes / Key Skills:

- Advise on costs involved in building projects

- Evaluation of costs and advice on alternative proposals

- Advice on contract arrangements and conditions under which the building will be constructed
