Our main contractor client is looking to employ a Senior QS to join their expanding team due to growth.

The company is well established with an excellent track record and reputation who are offering a generous package in a great working environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the financial running of 2 - 3 projects dependent on project value throughout the Yorkshire and North Midlands region.

Projects include Commercial and Industrial Build projects ranging in value from £2M to £12M, however New Build Social Housing experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

You will be responsible for all financial aspects of the project post award through to final accounts.
