Temporary Purchasing Administrator - Immediate Start

I'm delighted to be recruiting for my Client based in Wakefield for an experienced Purchasing Administrator for a period of 3-4 months.

The purpose of the role is to ensure accurate stock availability through data management, generation of purchase orders and precise logistical planning to provide the Clients Customers the best stock availability and delivery service.

Duties

Analyse data, reviewing information to determine order requirements
Raise purchase orders for approvable based on data created
Monitoring the distribution of purchase orders to Suppliers again delivery
Arrange delivery for in-bound products, booking in stock and liaising with the warehouse function
Invoice processing, checking against items ordered, pricing and stock received
Report generating
Maintaining accurate records using the Clients database
Candidate Criteria

Ideally from a Purchasing Administration background
